The offer you cannot decide on

Two weeks, one decision, a spreadsheet that keeps changing. We get the real criteria on the table and make the call in three sessions, not twelve.

Anyone with a deadline

This one is short on purpose. An offer has a deadline and a spreadsheet, and the spreadsheet has grown a column for every fear. Comp, title, remote days, the commute, whether the manager seemed tired on the call.

Three sessions. The first is for throwing columns away until two are left; those two are what you are actually optimizing for, and saying them out loud is uncomfortable and useful. The second is for the conversations you still need to have, with the new company and the current one. The third is for the decision, written down in one sentence with the reason attached.

People sometimes book this and then take the other offer. That counts as a good outcome.
